Payment: $90.00 per person. Three Hour Open Bar. A souvenir reunion book is included for all 1984 graduates attending Saturday night. FULL PAYMENT of $90.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $50.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Please respond by July 31, 2004.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL July 30, 2004, 2004, by Certified Mail. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rooms: Call the Embassy Suites at 954-426-0478 for room rates, between 10 am & 4 pm and mention that you are with the Boca Class of 1984. Deadline for hotel reservations is August 20, 2004. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book or video presentation, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than August 31, 2004. Non-attendee program books will be shipped 8-10 weeks after the reunion.
