Payment: $95.00 per person. A souvenier reunion book is included for all 1995 graduates attending saturday night. FULL PAYMENT of $95.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $45.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Please respond upon receipt.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL April 15, 2005, by Certified Mail. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rooms: Call the Hilton Clearwater Beach Hotel...At 727-461-3222 for room rates. Deadline for hotel reservations is April 29, 2005. Availability on a first come, first served basis. The Hilton is almost sold out and requires a two night stay but you can try.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book, we must receive your questionnaires & ads no later than April 29, 2005. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
