Payment: $100.00 per person. A souvenier reunion book is included for all 1985 graduates attending Saturday night. FULL PAYMENT of $100.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $50.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Please respond by July 22, 2005.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL August 12, 2005, by Certified Mail. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rooms: Call the Pier 66... At 954-525-6666 for room rates, between 10am & 4pm and mention that you are with the Chaminade Madonna Class of 1985. Deadline for hotel reservationns is August 26, 2005. Availability on a first come, first serve basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book, we must receive your questionnaires & ads no later than August 26, 2005. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
