Payment:

$150.00 per person includes all reunion events. Per event prices: Friday - $55.00 pp; Saturday - $105.00 pp. A souvenir reunion book is included for all 1966 graduates attending Saturday night. Full Payment of $150.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $75.00 per person. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Please respond by July 8, 2006.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL September 15, 2006, by Certified Mail. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rooms: Call the Hilton... At 800-443-3545 for room rates starting at $109.00 per night. Be sure to mention that you are with the Lake Worth Class of 1966 Reunion. Deadline for hotel reservations is September 29, 2006. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book or video presentation, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than September 29, 2006. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
