Payment:

$85.00 per person. A souvenir reunion book is included for all 1996 graduates attending Saturday night. Full Payment of $85.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $45.00 per person. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Please respond by June 4, 2006.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL June 30, 2006, by Certified Mail.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION.

Call the Hotel at 888-627-7033 for room rates, between 10am & 4pm and mention that you are with the Sebring High Class of 1976 Reunion. Deadline for hotel reservations is July 14, 2006. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than July 14, 2006. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
