Payment:

$100.00 per person. A souvenir reunion book is included for all 1996 graduates attending Saturday night. FULL PAYMENT of $100.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $50.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Please respond by August 23, 2006.

   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL September 2, 2006, by Certified Mail.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
   
Price Includes: Saturday dinner; alumni search; reunion staffing, public service announcements; 24 hour toll free number; professional mc/dj; video show; printing; mailings; postage; ballroom decorations; typeset, layout & printing of reunion book; data entry; database maintenance; alumni photo name badges; guest badges & much, much more.
   
Rooms: Call the Don Shula's Hotel...At 305-821-1150 for room rates. Be sure to mention that you are with the South Miami Class of 1996 Reunion. Deadline for hotel reservations is September 30, 2006. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book or video presentation, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than September 16, 2006. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
