Payment:

$165.00 per person includes all reunion events. Per event prices: Friday - $60.00 pp; Saturday - $110.00 pp. A souvenir reunion book is included for all 1957 graduates attending Saturday night. FULL PAYMENT of $165.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $85.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have full payment ofr each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Reunion Order Form is Due Upon Receipt.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL April 7, 2007, by Certified Mail.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rooms: Call the Sonesta...At 305-529-2828 for room rates starting at $129.00 per night, between 10am & 5pm and mention that you are with the Coral Gables Class of 1957.. Deadline for hotel reservations is May 4, 2007. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book or video presentation, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than April 20, 2007. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
