Payment:

$160.00 per person includes all reunion events. Per event prices: Friday - $55.00 pp; Saturday - $110.00 pp. A souvenir reunion book is included for all 1977 graduates attending Saturday night. FULL PAYMENT of $160.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $80.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Reunion Order Form is Due Upon Receipt.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL June 15, 2007 by Certified Mail.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
   
Price Includes: Friday hors d'oeuvres; Saturday buffet, 2 Drink Tickets; alumni search; reunion staffing, public service announcements; toll free number; professional mc/dj both nights; video show; printing; mailings; postage; ballroom decorations; typeset, layout & printing of reunion book; data entry; database maintenance; alumni photo name badges; guest badges & much, much more.
   
Rooms: Call the Miami Beach Resort... at 305-532-3600 for room rates between 10am & 4pm and mention that you are with the Hialeah Class of 1977. Deadline for hotel reservations is June 15, 2007. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book or video presentation, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than June 15, 2007. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
