Payment:

$115.00 per person includes all reunion events. Per event prices: Friday and Saturday- $115.00 pp; Saturday only - $105.00 pp. FULL PAYMENT of $115.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $60.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Payment Due Upon Receipt.

   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL August 29, 2008 by Certified Mail. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rooms: Call the Sheraton Airport Hotel at 800-325-3535 for room rates between 10am and 5pm and mention that you are with the Chaminade Madonna Class of 1967 or 68. Deadline for hotel reservations is September 12, 2008. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book or video presentation, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than September 12, 2008. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
