Payment:

$180.00 per person includes all reunion events. Per event prices: Friday only - $70.00 pp; Saturday only - $115.00 pp. FULL PAYMENT of $180.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $90.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Payment Due Upon Receipt.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL April 10, 2009 by Certified Mail.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
   
Price Includes: Friday Stations; Saturday dinner buffet; reunion staffing, public service announcements; 24 hour toll free number; professional mc/dj both nights; video show; printing; mailings; postage; ballroom decorations; data entry; database maintenance; alumni photo name badges; guest badges & much, much more.
   
Rooms: Call the Westin at 305-441-2600 for room rates between 10am & 5pm and mention that you are with the Coral Gables Class of 1969. Deadline for hotel reservations is April 24, 2009. Availability on a first come, first served basis.
   

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book or video presentation, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than April 24, 2009. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
