Payment:

$135.00 per person includes all reunion events. Per event prices: Saturday - $110.00 pp; Sunday - $30.00 pp. FULL PAYMENT of $135.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $70.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Payment Due Upon Receipt.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL May 1, 2009 by Certified Mail.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To be included in the program book, we must receive your questionnaires, ads and photos no later than May 15, 2009. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
