Payment:

$115.00 per person. FULL PAYMENT of $115.00 per person or a minimum deposit of $65.00 per person will reserve your place at the reunion. We must have at least a deposit for each person attending to guarantee your reunion reservation. Payment Due Upon Receipt.
   
Tickets: You will receive your tickets at the reunion. If you send a deposit, you will receive a statement for your balance due approximately 4 weeks prior to the reunion. If you pay in full, your canceled check and/or credit card statement will serve as your receipt. CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL April 17, 2009, by Certified Mail. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Important Dates:

To be included in the program book, we must receive your questionnaires and ads no later than May 1, 2009. Non-Attendee program books will be shipped 12-14 weeks after the reunion.
